Nano Beads Systems are
Simple and Straight Forward

For testing we begin with an Expedience Test with one or more Nano Beads products based upon the solution assay and the target element/s. The Nano Beads collect the target or unwanted elements depending on the application.

The Testing Process

Step 1

We review your application against current available filters. This is done by reviewing your assay of the solution, including pH, operating temperature and desired outcome. From this information we advise if there is a potential match with our product line of available filters or if a bespoke filter would need to be compiled for your application.

Step 2

If there are available filters that fit your application, client sends 5-10 liters of solution to our labs for testing. We test using the identified filter/s to confirm applicability and estimate a system. Results are sent to you or to a third party lab at your direction for ICP/MS testing.

In some cases solution cannot be shipped due to its contents. In that case the client may arrange for Precision Periodic to send a qualified lab tech to your location for testing.

Step 3

Upon assessment of the results and identification of a filter to meet your application needs, breakthrough testing is then performed to establish parameters for a pilot. Additional solution for testing may be required.

Step 4

Since Nano Beads are fully scaleable, you can deploy an initial pilot and then add to it to grow your system as needed/desired. Most all our pilots are 5 GPM systems/100 kg of filter media.
